New Client Preventative Care & Performance Assessment

We offer specialised training programs that focus on building strength and endurance, two essential components for any sporting dog. Our conditioning programs help your dog:

• Build muscle mass and increase overall strength to perform demanding physical tasks.
• Enhance endurance so your dog can sustain long periods of high-intensity activity.
• Improve speed, power, and agility, crucial for agility competitions, flyball, and other fast-paced sports.

These programs are developed with a mix of exercises, hydrotherapy, laser therapy, and manual therapy to ensure comprehensive conditioning for your dog.

Preventing injuries is just as important as building strength. Our injury prevention strategies focus on:

• Balanced muscle development to prevent overuse injuries that commonly occur in sporting dogs.
• Targeting weak spots that could become prone to injury, such as the hips, shoulders, and knees.
• Providing joint support through therapies like laser therapy and hydrotherapy, which help to keep your dog’s muscles and joints healthy.
• Offering functional exercises that replicate the movements your dog will perform during their sport, helping them avoid strain or over-exertion.

At Canine Flow, we don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Each sporting dog has unique needs based on their breed, age, and activity level. That’s why we develop individualised conditioning plans tailored specifically to your dog’s goals. These plans include:

• Strength training to improve key muscle groups
• Cardiovascular conditioning to boost endurance and stamina
• Flexibility exercises to improve joint mobility and prevent stiffness
• Hydrotherapy to provide low-impact resistance training
• Laser therapy for joint health and muscle recovery after intense sessions
